hi, i would just like to be able to gain a little info on this subject.
i have a credit with a high rate of interest, my girlfreind has offered to balance transfer it onto her credit card for me as she received a free balance transfer for 12 months through her card company.
my question is, is she allowed to tranfer my card onto her card, even though it is in my name? so effectively she would be paying my balance off. the answer is probably so simple but im really not sure
Sure! This is looked @ the same as if she were making a deposit into your bank account. Since she is making a PAYMENT to your account, all is well as long as she confirms that she authorized the xfer.
