I recently had to report all my cards stolen after somebody had been using my details online. I got replacement debit cards but as yet am still waiting on my credit card. I am wondering if you report your credit card stolen do you automatically get a replacement or do you need to reapply?

You should get another one. Remember, an account and a card are two different things. An account survives even if a card is lost, is destroyed, or simply expires. Cards are routinely replaced without a new account application being needed.

yes they normally send you a new one and cancel the stolen one so it cant be used again
to be honest why you are wasting time on yahoo answers when your credit card is in the hands of some miscreant is beyond me i would have cancelled it the moment i knew it had been stolen

They will usually automatically send you a new one. Contact the issuing bank and ask.
