If a credit card offers 0% interest on purchases for 3 months..

Does that mean everything you buy in the first 3 months will have no interest applied to it whatsoever...
or does it mean that the bill is purely just interest free for the first 3 months.. sorry I'm so confused!

It means you won't be charged any interest for the first three months unless you violate the terms of the credit card agreement. You still must make the minimum payment on time and not go over your credit limit. Violate any of the terms and you will pay penalties and interest from day one.

Read the fine print. It can mean EITHER of those. Ask the issuer of the credit card this question.

This is a sucker rate. You will not pay any interest for the first 3 months. If you pay off the entire balance during those 3 months, you will not pay any interest.

If you have a balance after 3 months, you'll pay a huge interest rate.In addition, all purchases made after 3 months will be charged a huge interest rate.

If you think this is a good deal, I have a bridge in Brooklyn, and a lot of swamp and in Arizona which may interest you.
